Jonathon Michael Navarrete Sanchez

At the age of 15, Chef Jonathon started to study gastronomy at the Centro Universitario Gastronómico and worked on Isle de Mujeres, in a small hotel, making breakfast.

After his education, Chef Jonathon went to work as a kitchen assistant in an Italian restaurant.

After working in several restaurants, he became the Sous Chef at The White Box. 6 months later, he became the Executive Chef at an Asian restaurant, at 18 years of age.  Several years later, he became the Executive Chef of The White Box. Now, he is the Chef at Kin Toh in Azulik.
