Rodrigo Morero Cartes Born in Mendoza-Argentina 30 years ago. He studied gastronomy in the "Institute of high gastronomy Arrayanes". His passion for cooking grew from an early age, due to the influence and genetic inheritance of his mother, Margaret Cartes, a cook by profession. With a ten-year career in gastronomy, in addition to his passion for traveling - he has worked in several restaurants in Latin America - Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Ecuador were some of the places where his curiosity, performance and evolution have been forming and have managed to keep it fresh and increasingly creative. Currently he is working in "CB Tulum: international bar and grill" where you can taste very innovative dishes in the area.
